Who we are

AMZNGO is an Amazon growth and eCommerce agency operating from Ektoa Housing, Road-7, House-165, Dhaka Uddan, Mohammadpur, Dhaka 1207, Bangladesh. For anything in this policy, write to support@amzngo.com.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you send a free-audit request, book a call, start a chat or create a client account, we collect the name, email address, company name and any details you write in the message. Clients also share the files and briefs needed to do the work.

Information collected automatically. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used — which pages are visited, roughly where visitors are located, which device and browser they use, and how they arrived. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and receives your IP address, which is anonymised before storage. We do not use it to identify you personally.

Our web server keeps standard access logs, which include IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting.

What we do with it

• Answer your enquiry and prepare a proposal or audit.
• Deliver, manage and invoice work you have commissioned.
• Send service email about your projects — order updates, deliveries, messages and invoices.
• Understand which pages and services people find useful, so we can improve them.

We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing email to people who only asked a question.

Who else sees it

We share information only with the services that run the business, and only as far as they need it:

• Google Analytics — website usage statistics.
• Hostinger — hosting for this site, our client portal and our email.
• Stripe — card payments, where you choose to pay by card. Card details go to Stripe directly and are never stored by us.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are kept for up to two years. Client records, project files and invoices are kept for as long as the working relationship lasts and for seven years afterwards, which is what tax and accounting rules require. Google Analytics data expires on Google's own retention schedule.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it — write to support@amzngo.com and we will respond within 30 days. Deleting client records may be limited by the retention rules above.

To opt out of Google Analytics entirely, install Google's opt-out browser add-on, or block cookies in your browser settings. Nothing on this site stops working without them.

Cookies

This site sets two kinds of cookie: analytics cookies from Google Analytics, described above, and a small amount of local storage used to remember an open chat conversation so it survives a page reload. The client portal at my.amzngo.com also sets a session cookie once you sign in, which is required for it to work.

Children

This is a business-to-business service and is not directed at anyone under 16.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of the page.
