When you get your money back, when you do not, and how to ask. Written plainly, because a refund policy you have to decode is not a policy.

We sell custom creative work, made for one brand and no use to anyone else. So there is no “return” in the retail sense — nothing goes back on a shelf.
What we do instead: if we have not started, you get everything back. If we are working and it is not right, we fix it. If we cannot make it right, we refund the part you have not received.
We have delivered 533 projects and we have never wanted to keep money we had not earned.
If you have paid and we have not begun, tell us and we refund 100%, no questions and no fee. This holds right up to the moment we start production.
“Started” means a designer has opened your brief and begun the work — not that an invoice was paid or a project was scheduled.
Once work is underway, the first answer is always revision, not refund. Your scope includes revision rounds, and the overwhelming majority of concerns are a round away from being solved. Ask for changes in the portal and we will take care of it.
If we have genuinely missed the brief and further revisions are not fixing it, tell us. We will refund the portion of the project not yet delivered, and we will not charge for a delivery you never accepted.
Where part of a project is complete and approved and part is not, we settle proportionally — you pay for what you have, and we return the rest.
Once you have approved a delivery and the files are with you, it is paid for. At that point the work is in your hands and, in most cases, already live on your listing.
That is not the end of our involvement. If something we delivered is defective — a file will not open, an A+ module is the wrong dimensions, an image breaks Amazon's specification — tell us and we fix it, free, whether or not the project is still open. That is not a refund matter; it is our work not being finished.
If Amazon refuses an asset we produced for a policy or specification reason, we will rework it until it complies, at no charge. Bring it to us however long after delivery it happens.
We cannot refund because Amazon rejected a listing for a reason unrelated to our work — an account issue, a category restriction, a brand registry problem. We are glad to advise, but that is not something we were paid to control.
Being straight about this is fairer than burying it:
Monthly growth and management retainers can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the month you have already paid for. We do not lock you into a term and we do not charge a cancellation fee.
We do not refund part-months retrospectively, because the work for that month has been done. Tell us before the next renewal and you will not be billed again.
Message us in the client portal, or email support@amzngo.com with your order number and what went wrong. If you would rather raise it with the founder directly, write to rezaulhayat@amzngo.com.
We aim to respond within 2 business days and to resolve a refund request within 7 business days of agreeing it.
Approved refunds go back the way they came — to the card, bank account or payment provider used for the original payment. How long it then takes to appear is up to your bank, usually 5 to 10 business days. We cannot refund to a different account than the one that paid.
If you ordered through Fiverr or another marketplace, that platform's refund and resolution process applies to the order, and its decision governs. We will always try to sort it out with you directly first — it is faster for both of us.
Talk to us before raising a chargeback. A chargeback on custom work that was delivered and approved tends to end badly for everyone and takes months. We have resolved every dispute we have ever had by talking, and we would like to keep that record.
