The terms you agree to when you commission work from AMZNGO, and what you can expect from us in return.
Last updated 17 September 2026
These terms are between you (“the client”) and AmznGo Creative Commerce LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company, Entity ID 0008123053, trading as AMZNGO.
Registered office: 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA.
Operating office: Ektoa Housing, Road-7, House-165, Dhaka Uddan, Mohammadpur, Dhaka 1207, Bangladesh.
Contact: support@amzngo.com.
They apply to every project you commission from us — Amazon listing images, A+ content, brand storefronts, 3D modelling and product video, Amazon growth services, and eCommerce web design and development — whether you engage us through this website, our client portal at my.amzngo.com, or a marketplace such as Fiverr.
Where a marketplace has its own terms for an order placed through it, those terms govern that order and these apply to anything they do not cover.
Prices shown on this website and in our estimator are guide prices, not quotes. They tell you roughly what a scope costs at our standard rates.
A project begins when we have agreed the scope, the price and the timeline in writing — in the portal, by email, or in a marketplace order — and you have paid the agreed deposit or opening invoice. Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance, and no order exists until we confirm it.
We can only work from what we are given. To start a project we need the brief, the product information, and any brand assets the work depends on — logos, brand guidelines, photography, packaging artwork, approved copy.
You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, everything you send us, and that our using it for your project will not infringe anyone else's rights. We rely on that, and we are not responsible for a claim arising from material you supplied.
If we are waiting on you, the timeline pauses. We will say so rather than let a deadline slip quietly.
Every project includes the number of revision rounds stated in its scope. A revision means refining the work we agreed — adjusting a layout, changing a colour, reworking a message.
A change of direction after approval, a new product, or work outside the agreed scope is new work. We will tell you before doing it, and quote it separately. We will not add a charge you have not agreed to first.
Work is delivered through the client portal as numbered deliveries. You can approve a delivery or request changes on it, and the conversation stays attached to it so nothing is lost in email.
If a delivery is neither approved nor returned with change requests within 14 days, we treat it as accepted so that a project cannot stay open indefinitely. Tell us if you need longer — we would rather wait than close something you are still reviewing.
Invoices are payable on the terms shown on the invoice. Unless agreed otherwise, we ask that a project is settled before it is marked complete.
We accept card payment through Stripe, and bank or Payoneer transfer where a payment link is issued. You are responsible for any transfer fees your own bank or provider charges.
If an invoice is significantly overdue we may pause work on that project until it is settled. We will tell you before we do, not after.
Once a project is paid for in full, the final delivered work is yours. You may use, modify and publish it however your business needs, including on Amazon, your own store and your marketing.
Until then, the work remains ours. Source files — layered artwork, 3D scene files, project files — are included only where the scope says so; otherwise we deliver the final formats agreed.
We keep ownership of our own tools, templates, methods and anything we developed before or outside your project. Nothing here transfers rights in those.
We would like to show what we make. Unless you tell us not to, we may display delivered work in our portfolio and marketing.
We will not name you, show your brand, or publish your performance data without your written permission. Say the word at any time and we will take a piece down.
We treat your briefs, product plans, sales figures and anything else you share as confidential, and we do not pass them to anyone outside the team working on your project. We expect the same of anything we share with you about how we work.
We are a design and growth agency, and we are good at what we do. But marketplace performance depends on your product, your price, your competition, your reviews and Amazon's own algorithm — most of which is outside anyone's control.
We do not guarantee sales, rankings, conversion rates, or approval of any listing or application by Amazon. Anyone who guarantees those things is guessing. What we commit to is work done to the standard and scope we agreed.
We also cannot control Amazon's policies or their enforcement. If Amazon rejects or removes an asset for a policy reason, we will work with you to bring it into line — that is included, not a new charge — but we cannot promise a particular outcome from them.
Where our work causes you a loss and we are responsible for it, our total liability for a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — lost profit, lost sales, lost data or business interruption. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Either of us may end a project in writing. What happens to money already paid is set out in our refund & return policy, which forms part of these terms.
You are responsible for what happens under your client portal account, including anything done by someone you invite into it. Tell us immediately if you think your account has been accessed by someone who should not have it.
We may suspend an account being used unlawfully, or to abuse or harass our team.
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your project is the one published when the project was agreed, and we will not apply a change retrospectively to work already commissioned.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, and the courts of New Mexico have jurisdiction. If you are contracting as a consumer in a country whose law gives you rights that cannot be set aside by agreement, those rights are unaffected.
Questions about these terms go to support@amzngo.com, or to Rezaul Hayat directly at rezaulhayat@amzngo.com. We would rather talk something through than have you agree to something you are unsure about.
